Our 2014 Valentines Day menu is $60 per person, not including drinks or gratuity.

Fried artichokes with mache, pecorino & pine nuts; charred meyer lemon vinaigrette

Persimmon……Duck!  Liver mousse in leather.  Cured breast with jam & pickle.  Confit & crackling salad; vinaigrette

Shrimp dumplings in sweet pea puree with tobiko butter

Second course (choose one)
Black trumpet bar, potato, cauliflower & oyster mushroom hash; kale & cashew pesto

Confit of cod, citrus & fines herbs crust, spinach gnocchi; lobster sauce

Beef short rib, whipped potato & celery root, heirloom carrots, fried shallots

Dessert (choose one)
Lemon tart, lime meringue, mandarin sorbet & mixed citrus tuile

Beef short rib, whipped potatoes, slow roasted carrots & onion rings
Leek & truffle tart, wild mushrooms, cauliflower puree & fried cauliflower
Seared scallops, quinoa, spring onions & asparagus; blood orange reduction
Rib-eye for two, confit potatoes & Caesar salad; shallot jus (+$15)
