Our glass walled patio seats 30 comfortably and 40 for a mingling cocktail party. The panoramic view of the twinkling lights of Downtown is a unique and festive backdrop. Choose from a selection of menus at various price points or work with Leather and Joseph to engineer a personalized experience. The Atrium can be rented for luncheons, cocktails, brunches or dinners seven days a week.

• Seven days a week from 11am – 3pm, minimum $800
Dinners in the Atrium
• Sun – Thurs, minimum $1500
• Fri & Sat, minimum $1800
• Holiday & Summer minimums for the Atrium, $2000 (November 25th - January 1st & June 15th – September 20th)
• Restaurant buyouts available during dinner hours, please inquire.
PRICING
• The base price of your party starts with the per person price depending on your choice of menu.
• Per person price reflects your food menu + room fee combined.
• Alcohol and n/a drinks are added on top.
• 20% gratuity is added when minimum is met or on top of your total bill.
• Bringing in outside beverages and/or desserts is accepted with a mutually agreed upon corkage and/or dessert fee.
