Private EVENT MENU’S 

• Per person pricing reflects your food menu and the room rental fee combined. 
• Alcohol and n/a drinks are added on top. 
• 20% gratuity is added when minimum is met or on top of total bill.
• We appreciate private parties choosing the same menu for each guest.

 

$40 PER PERSON DINNER
APPETIZERS
• Almonds, olives, bread & butter

FIRST COURSE 
• Noble salad; butter lettuce, red onion, sunflower seeds; vinaigrette or blue cheese

SECOND COURSE – CHOOSE ONE
• Braised & grilled pork shoulder with carrot spaetzle & garlicky greens; mustard jus
• Roast chicken breast with asparagus, spring onion & braised chicken ragout

(VEGETARIAN OPTIONS FOR EACH PRICE POINT)

• Leek & wild mushroom tart
• Crispy oat, caramelized onion cakes with roasted white vegetables (celery root, parsnip, turnip & cauliflower)
• Fines herbs semolina dumplings with our ricotta &braised spring vegetables

THIRD COURSE – CHOOSE ONE DESSERT
• Chocolate torte with either dulche du leche or vanilla anglaise or coconut custard
• Brown butter & almond cake with either Strawberry compote, rhubarb & orange sauce or roasted pineapple

•Appetizer – Goat cheese mousse with grilled spring onion & granola (or customers choice)

• Endive salad with hazelnuts, blue cheese & beets
• Shredded & breaded pork with roof greens & sherry vinegar caramel
• Smoked trout with arugula & lemon creme fraiche
• Warm wild mushroom, potato & onion salad

 
SECOND COURSE – CHOOSE ONE
• Beef short rib with whipped potatoes
• Fish (market selection) with asparagus & shrimp sauce
• Lamb T-bones, caramelized carrots & minty rice: charred scallion relish 

THIRD COURSE – CHOOSE ONE

• Our ricotta in puff pastry with roof radishes & herbs

• Foie gras torchon on brioche with pickled rhubarb & tender herbs
• Blue cheese tart with date puree & roof greens

• Fresh Pasta or Risotto 

THIRD COURSE-CHOOSE ONE
• Prime rib with scalloped potatoes & garlic spinach
• Seared scallops with asparagus quinoa, leeks vinaigrette & citrus jus
• Duck breast, chard, parsnips &lentils; rhubarb jus
